Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SnapMonkey ("the Service"), operated by Llama Monkey ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SnapMonkey provides automatic photo and video transfer from WiFi-enabled cameras to cloud storage services including Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, and Dropbox. The Service receives files via FTP and routes them to your connected cloud destinations.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your FTP credentials and connected cloud service tokens. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to transfer, store, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Share your FTP credentials with unauthorized third parties

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos, videos, and other files you transfer through the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We access Your Content only as necessary to provide the Service (i.e., to receive files via FTP and deliver them to your designated cloud storage).

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to transfer it. We do not monitor or review the content of transferred files.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party cloud storage providers (Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, and others). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or policies of third-party services.

You authorize us to access your connected cloud storage accounts solely for the purpose of delivering your transferred files to the folders you designate.

7. Service Plans and Payment

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your FTP credentials will be deactivated and your cloud connections will be revoked. We do not retain copies of Your Content after transfer is complete.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
